Judy L. Jamison, Executive Director

The Foundation’s Executive Director has ultimate responsibility for all administrative and programmatic Foundation activities with oversight by the Foundation’s Board of Trustees. The Executive Director ensures timely progress of activities to meet program objectives and confirms compliance of all activities with NOAA/NMFS guidelines.

Frank Helies, Program Director

The Program Director has overall responsibility of the technical aspects of all Foundation projects –  coordinating performance activities of all project personnel, including contractors. The Program Director also coordinates analytical efforts and prepares all programmatic reports concerning project performance.

Charlotte Irsch, Grants Specialist

The Grants Specialist is responsible for maintaining general financial accounting of all Foundation funds including cooperative agreements and contracts, and communicates with NOAA Grants Management personnel and assists auditors in their reviews.

Gwen Hughes, Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for tracking programmatic activities, processing requests for reimbursement and generating supporting documentation. The Program Specialist maintains constant communication with sub-contractors, independent contractors and program coordinators to monitor project status.
